All programs and books purchased directly from Write Brothers, Inc. include a full money back guarantee less shipping charges incurred on the original order. Movie Magic Screenwriter, StoryView, Hollywood Screenwriter and Word Menu have a 30 day refund guarantee. Dramatica Pro and Writer’s DreamKit have 90 day refund guarantee. To qualify for the refund policy you must have purchased the program through the Write Brothers, Inc. webstore or over the phone with a Write Brothers, Inc. employee. All items contained in the boxed product must be returned. Items purchased from our resellers cannot be returned to Write Brothers, Inc. Please contact the reseller regarding their return policies (please note that some resellers do not accept returns).
When returning a download only order, we ask that you call Write Brothers, Inc. directly so we may provide you with an Intellectual Property letter for you to sign which states you have removed the program from all computers. When this letter is faxed to our offices at 818-843-8364, we will initiate the refund process within 1 business day. When calling, please have your order number and/or customer ID number ready so we may more conveniently service you.
When returning a download + CD order, please call our offices directly at 800-84-STORY so we may send you the Intellectual Property letter and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number needs to be written clearly on the outside of the return package and sent back to our warehouse.
